The Mugg & Bean story starts in the 1990s when our founder visited a small coffee shop in Chicago. Though the coffee shop was small they prided themselves on their spirit of generosity. Taking inspiration from this, the first Mugg & Bean was opened in Cape Town in 1996.
Mugg & Bean On-The-Move was opened so that we could offer that same generosity and restaurant quality, packaged to go. When you’re on the move, pop in and refuel with our signature cappuccinos and gourmet takeaway meals.
